DWA limit access to specific users

Hi experts :)

We would like to deploy DWA, already tested.
Before going ahead, I have the following question :
Is there a way to limit the access to specific users, say 'Not Allow Administrator' allo a specific list of users ?

We are using DWA 1.4.0.4
DOORS DB Server 9.3.0.5
